To further expand the integration of industry and education and achieve resource integration and complementary advantages, COWMATE has officially established a cooperative relationship with Northwest A&F University (NWAFU).
This cooperation is based on the national big data industry experience system, forming an AIE engine experience system based on intelligent real-time interactive experience products, establishing a national big data cultural equipment base, and applying for the establishment of provincial and national joint key laboratories. The cooperation aims to achieve mutual benefit and common development, fully leveraging the advantages of university-enterprise collaboration.
On the afternoon of November 26, 2020, the signing ceremony for the university-enterprise industry-academia-research cooperation base between COWMATE and NWAFU was formally held at Jiuzhou Huanyu Hotel in Changzhou City.

Deputy Team Leader of the Changzhou Tianning District Inspection Team Zhu Baojian attended the signing ceremony and stated in his speech: "NWAFU is a key national university under the former '985 Project' and '211 Project.' NWAFU people adhere to the school philosophy of 'Managing the Nation, Solving People's Livelihood, Advocating Science,' abide by the motto of 'Honesty, Simplicity, Bravery, and Perseverance,' and have formed the NWAFU spirit and culture. All alumni should uphold and remember the four-character motto of 'Honesty, Simplicity, Bravery, and Perseverance,' and work steadfastly with low-key substance." He expressed great expectations for the future cooperation between the school and enterprises.
At the signing ceremony, COWMATE Chairman Zhang Yalong stated that industry-academia-research is an integrated cooperation model that cannot rely solely on schools or enterprises. Only through comprehensive and in-depth cooperation can mutual benefit and common development be achieved.
On site, Deputy Secretary Liu Guiling, as the university representative, signed university-enterprise cooperation agreements with COWMATE, Suzhou Tanxun Cultural Technology Co., Ltd., and Changzhou Lufei Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. Former NWAFU President Sun Wuxue presented plaques and conducted the unveiling ceremony for these companies.
Deputy Secretary Liu Guiling of the NWAFU College of Information stated: "The essence of university-enterprise cooperation is the integration of markets, resources, talent, and technology. NWAFU wants to provide better development opportunities for young students, and the technological support from enterprises is indispensable. At the signing ceremony, COWMATE formally appointed Associate Professor Wang Meili from the NWAFU College of Information as the Chief Expert of COWMATE. Professor Wang Meili affirmed the significance of university-enterprise cooperation and expressed her great honor to progress and develop together with COWMATE.

Finally, former NWAFU President Sun Wuxue delivered a speech on the theme of university-enterprise industry-academia-research cooperation, highly recognizing the achievements Zhang Yalong has made. He expressed hope that alumni enterprises could unite to create collective strength and make their own contributions to the continued prosperity of the motherland. President Sun also expressed anticipation for the better development of alumni enterprises in the future.
Going forward, COWMATE and NWAFU will effectively enhance mutual understanding, establish a sound interactive mechanism, continuously expand the fields and depth of university-enterprise cooperation, form a stable cooperative relationship, strive to promote resource sharing and complementary advantages, jointly open a new chapter of development, and go further and further on the road of future cooperation.
